This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale-delivery of the following products/services ("Product/Products") that the BUYER (Consumer) wants to purchase by placing an order on the www.morrez.com electronic commerce website ("WEBSITE") belonging to the SELLER, including the cases where the BUYER (Consumer) makes transactions with the application on his/her mobile device, and other matters. After the BUYER approves this Agreement on the WEBSITE, the price and expenses of the Product(s) he/she orders will be collected with the payment method he/she chooses.

Article 1 - PARTIES

1.1. This Agreement is between the BUYER, whose detailed information is given below, and www.machka.com.tr, which is operated by the SELLER; (hereinafter referred to as WEBSITE) determines the rights, laws and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts regarding the sale of products and services made through the website and the shipment of products to the delivery address.

1.2. BUYER accepts and declares that he/she is informed about the basic characteristics of the goods or services subject to sale, the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions and all preliminary information and "withdrawal" right regarding the goods or services subject to sale, that he/she confirmed this preliminary information electronically and then ordered the goods or services in accordance with the provisions of this contract. The preliminary information and invoice on the payment page of www.morrez.com are integral parts of this contract.

Article 3- MATTERS THAT BUYER WAS INFORMED ABOUT IN ADVANCE

BUYER confirms and accepts that he/she has been informed by seeing and examining all general-specific explanations on the relevant pages-sections of the WEBSITE before the acceptance and establishment of this Agreement by BUYER on the WEBSITE and before placing an order and undertaking a payment obligation regarding the following matters.

-- SELLER's title and contact information and current introductory information,

-- The sales process stages during the purchase of the Product(s) from the WEBSITE and the appropriate tools-methods for the correction of incorrectly entered information,

-- The privacy, data usage-processing and electronic communication rules applied by the SELLER for the BUYER information and the permissions given by the BUYER to the SELLER in these matters, the BUYER's legal rights, the SELLER's rights and the methods for the parties to exercise their rights,

-- Shipping restrictions foreseen by the SELLER for the Products,

-- Payment methods-tools accepted by the SELLER for the Product(s) subject to the contract and the basic features-qualifications of the Products, the total price including taxes (the total amount to be paid by the BUYER to the SELLER, including the relevant expenses),

-- Information on the procedures for the delivery of the Products to the BUYER and the shipping-delivery-cargo costs,

-- Other payment/collection and delivery information regarding the Products and information regarding the performance of the Agreement, the commitments and responsibilities of the parties in these matters,

-- Products and other goods-services for which the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal,

-- Conditions, period and procedure for using this right in cases where the BUYER has the right of withdrawal, and the fact that the BUYER will lose the right of withdrawal in case the right is not used in due time,

-- In Products with the right of withdrawal, if the Product is damaged or changed due to not being used in accordance with the instructions for use, normal operation or technical specifications within the withdrawal period, the BUYER's withdrawal request may not be accepted and the BUYER will be liable to the SELLER in any case, and in cases where the SELLER accepts, it may collect an amount it deems appropriate according to the said damage or change by deducting (offsetting) from the refund it will make to the BUYER,

-- In cases where the right of withdrawal exists (in other relevant cases), how the Products can be returned to the SELLER and all relevant financial matters (return methods, costs and refund of the Product price and the reward points, gift vouchers, free products and other free/discounted opportunities provided by the BUYER during the return.
